+ Activate your new card or change your PIN
Members can call 800.992.3808 to activate a card and change a debit card PIN. After successfully completing authentication, a series of prompts will guide you to:
- Activate a card
- Activate a card and select a new PIN
- Activate a card and change a forgotten PIN
- Change a PIN
Once the call is successfully completed, you can immediately use your card with the new PIN.
+ Order checks
When you're in need of new checks, there are many options to get new ones. You can call us at 540.342.3429 or even order checks online! It's quick, easy, and convenient! So, no matter which method you choose, we'll make sure you're taken care of. Members age 60 and above receive one box of checks per year at no charge (select styles only),
+ Set up Direct Deposit
With direct deposit, automatic drafts such as bill payments or electronic deposits such as a tax refund, you will likely need to provide your Blue Eagle Credit Union account number (including the check digit) and our Routing & Transit Number (251482891).
